1. Non-Custodial Nature

Manna is a non-custodial wallet, meaning we do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. We do not store or control your Bitcoin or L-BTC. Manna itself does not collect or store user data, but certain information may be collected by third-party services we use to provide and improve the Services, as described below.

2. Information We Collect

Manna does not collect or store any user data directly. However, the following information may be collected by third-party services integrated with Manna:

  • Device Information: Firebase Analytics and Firebase Notifications may collect information about your device, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and device identifiers, to provide analytics and send notifications.
  • Transaction Information: Boltz may log wallet addresses and transaction IDs when facilitating swaps, in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Usage Data: Firebase Analytics may collect information about how you interact with the Services, such as the features you use and the time spent on the app, to help us improve the user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

Since Manna does not collect user data directly, we do not use personal information ourselves. However, third-party services integrated with Manna use the information they collect to:

  • Facilitate transactions, such as Boltz processing swaps between Lightning payments and L-BTC.
  • Store and manage your address pool in Supabase.
  • Analyze usage patterns through Firebase Analytics to enhance the user experience and develop new features.
  • Send transaction updates and other notifications via Firebase Notifications.

4. How We Share Your Information

Manna does not collect or store user data, so we do not share personal information directly. However, information collected by third-party services may be shared as follows:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: Information may be shared with Boltz (for swaps), Supabase (for address pool storage), Firebase Analytics (for usage analytics), and Firebase Notifications (for sending push notifications) as necessary to provide the Services. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or to comply with anti-money laundering or anti-terrorism laws, but only to the extent such information is available through third-party services.
  • Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Manna, our users, or others, including to prevent fraud or enforce our Terms, but only if such information is provided by third-party services.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Boltz: Used to facilitate Lightning-to-L-BTC swaps. Boltz may collect transaction-related data as described in their privacy policy.
  • Supabase: Used to store your address pool for receiving L-BTC. Supabase may collect data as described in their privacy policy.
  • Firebase Analytics: Used to analyze usage patterns and improve the Services. Firebase Analytics may collect data as described in their privacy policy.
  • Firebase Notifications: Used to send push notifications, such as transaction updates. Firebase Notifications may collect data as described in their privacy policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services. Manna is not responsible for their data practices.

6. Data Security

Since Manna does not collect or store user data, we do not directly manage the security of personal information. However, we implement reasonable measures to secure our infrastructure, such as encrypting communications with third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. For data collected by third-party services, their security practices apply.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Manna does not collect or store user data, so we do not hold personal information that you can access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about data collected by third-party services like Firebase Analytics, Firebase Notifications, Boltz, or Supabase, please refer to their privacy policies or contact them directly to exercise any rights you may have under applicable laws, such as accessing or deleting your data.
